Rita Repulsa is the first primary antagonist of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers team.
A powerful evil sorceress, Rita Repulsa was imprisoned by Zordon in a space dumpster for ten thousand years. Now free, she's determined to take over Earth, but finds herself time and time again foiled by the Power Rangers. Rita is relentless in her quest for control of the Earth, now spending most of her time dreaming up new ways to strip the Power Rangers of their powers.
Story[]
As Rita Repulsa's campaign to gain power through the Morphin Grid and usurp the legacy of the Power Rangers continues, Rita finds herself unwittingly drawn into an interdimensional war as an individual chosen by Zordon to stop the villainess' ambitions summons her to help in battling Rita's army of corrupted doppelgangers which the villainess has pulled from various points of history from within the Power Rangers legacy.

Recommendation[]
Rita is probably the best character when it comes to punishing mistakes. Her Mystic Fate is too slow to use reliably to start a combo, but it is still an incredibly flexible move due to its double-launch. Combined with a long ranged breaker that stuns, and a low cost counter that is easy to cycle out, Rita has an incredibly strong defense.
This assist is very similar in utility to Movie Zack. The trade off is that this assist has less range but does more damage. When choosing between the two it will come down to personal preference, though Zack is still usually the better option.

Story[]

As Rita's power within the Morphin Grid grows, she eventually gains the ability to trap warriors from every Multiverse. Rita’s damage output is pretty high, but it's pretty hard to actually land her attacks. Both of her launchers are slow with limited range, and her two big strikes are just a little too expensive.
This assist is pretty useful. It has decent range and speed, while also giving you time to either recover energy or continue attacking. It’s damage is low though.
